Katie McZeke

Katie McZeke, FNP-C is the Director of Clinical Operations. She started her healthcare career as an inpatient nurse in 2005 and found her way to Myrtle Beach, SC in 2009 while working as a travel nurse. She obtained her Bachelors of Science in Nursing through Jacksonville University and then went on to obtain her Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati. She has been working as a Nurse Practitioner with Neurosurgery since 2016. She joined our Carolina Bone and Joint team in February of 2024 as the Director of Clinical Operations and oversees the functions of the clinical side of the surgery center, including the preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases of patient care.

Katie is thrilled for the opportunity to utilize her skills and knowledge to challenge the staff and physicians on new ideas that will help continue to improve and build upon the quality of care our patients receive while at our facility.
