Central Sterile Technician

• Certification from an accredited program preferred
• 1-2 years experience with sterilization techniques and processing surgical instruments preferred
• Certified in Basic Life Support
• Must be organized and detail oriented
• Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of operation and maintenance of sterilization processing equipment
• Must be able to effectively communicate with fellow team members regarding case needs
• Needs to be able to proficiently prepare and organize instruments and supplies as required for various surgical procedures
